Johanna Schultes of the GIVEN consortium participated at the Sixth International Conference on Continuous Optimization (ICCOPT) and presented a poster about her current research and the results of the paper with the title: “Gradient Based Biobjective Shape Optimization to Improve Reliability and Cost of Ceramic Components” (see publications).
This conference series is organized every three years and is a flagship conference of the Mathematical Optimization Society (MOS) in the area of continuous optimization. This year the conference took place in Berlin, Germany, from August 3 to August 8, 2019, on the campus of Technical University (TU) of Berlin, including a summer school (August 3-4) addressing young researchers, PhD students and mathematics students with focus on continuous optimization.
